Rule 12

Repeal and Save –

(1) The Nepal Forest Service (Formation) Rules, 2016, the Nepal Forest Service (Group and Grade Division, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2033 and the Hattisar Group (Grade Division, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2040 are repealed. (2) Sub-rules Actions taken in accordance with the rules and regulations mentioned in (1) shall be considered as done in accordance with these rules.
